Every popup is a real order from your store. There is no way to type in a sale or invent a city, and when nothing sold recently, no popup shows. Cancelled and deleted orders disappear.
Shoppers see "Someone bought" and, only if you turn it on, the buyer's country. Never a name, city or address. The app keeps no customer details at all.
A few popups per visit, a close button that's remembered for the visit, a pause while the shopper reads, and nothing while the tab is in the background.
The popup floats in a corner above the page and appears only once its styles have loaded. On phones it's a compact strip at the top or bottom, or switched off.
Popups are announced politely, the close button has a label and works with Escape, links show a focus ring, and shoppers who prefer reduced motion get no animation.
Pick the pages, hide products you don't want shown, choose how old orders may be, the timing and the look. Product pages can show that product's own sales first.

Questions merchants ask
Where do the popups come from?
From your store's orders. When an order comes in, the app reads which products were bought and when, and the popup says so. Older orders from the last 30 days are imported when you install.
Can I add sales by hand or show made-up ones?
No. There is no such option, on purpose: made-up sales mislead shoppers. If nothing sold in the time window you choose, no popup shows.
What do shoppers learn about the buyer?
Nothing personal. The popup says "Someone", and only if you turn it on, the country the order ships to. The app never reads or stores names, emails, phone numbers, addresses or cities.
Do I need to edit my theme?
No. Sales popup is an app embed: one click in the app opens the theme editor with it switched on, and you click Save. Switch it off in the same place at any time.
What happens when the Free daily views are used up?
Popups pause until the next day (UTC). Nothing is charged and your plan never changes on its own. Free includes 50 popup views a day.
Which languages?
The popup text follows your store's language for English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. Times and country names come in the shopper's language.
